The long-established Armor Gym is gearing up for a major milestone: <\/span>Baba’s Project Gym (BPG) is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a series of events designed to bring the community together.<\/span><\/p>\n

Owned and operated by Coach <\/span>Baba Ali and his wife Lindsey, the gym is a cornerstone of Armagh’s health, fitness and community. To kick off the anniversary celebrations, BPG will host the following events: <\/span>Health and Wellness Fundraising Weekend April 17th and 18th<\/b>all proceeds support Women’s Aid.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe are truly proud to have worked with Baba\u2019s Project Gym in Armor City for 10 years,\u201d said Baba.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n

“It’s been a really long and wonderful journey.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Bubba, who has over 16 years of coaching experience, reflected on how the gym has evolved since opening in 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n

“I’ve built up a strong coaching client base myself, but opening the gym has allowed me to take everything to another level. I’ve now been able to properly support people in a facility that feels like home to all of our members.”<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cFor me, the gym was a new level of growth, and having a coach under me was the next step in my career.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The person who supported his growth behind the scenes was his wife and gym manager.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m really proud to have my wife Lindsey by my side\u2026 She\u2019s really driving the business behind the scenes.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the past decade, BPG has evolved not only as a facility but also as a coaching environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe have a great coaching team here now and we are looking to keep raising standards,\u201d Baba added.<\/span>
<\/span>“We’ve had great staff come to our gym, many of whom have gone on to do great things in the industry. It’s been a real journey from where we started to where we are now.”<\/span><\/p>\n

The upcoming Health & Wellness Weekend is the first of many events planned throughout the year that combine fitness, health and fundraising.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>\u201cWe wanted to create something special that brought both together: an active weekend that also focused on health.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The weekend is filled with high-energy events designed for all levels.<\/span><\/p>\n

Friday Night \u2013 High Energy Kickoff<\/b><\/p>\n

The event begins like this: <\/span>Live DJ workout experiencespecial feature <\/span>ryan mccoy It makes the atmosphere come alive.<\/span>
<\/span>Expect high-energy group sessions with over 40 participants that will set the tone for the weekend.<\/span><\/p>\n

Saturday Morning \u2013 Community and Movement<\/b><\/p>\n

The day starts early <\/span>6am, sunrise, 5km runwe welcome all abilities, from walkers to runners, and value participation and fun.<\/span><\/p>\n

Following this, <\/span>Family Partner Boot Camp at 9am Watch parents and children train side by side in a fun and engaging environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recovery and Wellness Experience<\/b><\/p>\n
